About the Owner Tiffany Brueland Stone
You will see Tiffany in the gym daily teaching classes, teams and private lessons, as well as in the community as she is a volunteer coach with area school teams, recreational teams and special needs teams.
Tiffany began her athletic career as a competitive gymnast making it to the optional level and as a cheerleader for her school! She continued on to cheer professionally for the Atlanta Falcons in 1998 as well as begin her coaching career at the Atlanta School of Gymnastics where she taught tumbling, gymnastics and cheer. In 2002 she had the desire to begin something new and started a competitive trampoline & tumbling program before opening her own power tumble & trampoline gym in 2004. In 2006 competitive cheerleading and full cheerleading choreography services were offered to area teams as well as tumbling and cheer instruction in the gym. Now, Extreme has grown to offer over 11 different levels of competitive cheerleading and levels 1 through Elite power tumbling and trampoline divisions!
Extreme is a USASF competitive cheerleading member club, USTA/AAU & USAG member club and Tiffany is certified as a coach and a judge in all disciplines, plus CPR, First Aid, and T&T Level 1 safety certifications. She has obtained passing certificates for meeting the written USASF knowledge and safety standards for levels 1 through 5 for all-star cheerleading.
From cheer routine choreography to training Olympic hopefuls within the trampoline and tumbling program, Tiffany is on site to do all that she can to see athletes achieve their dreams!
Behind the scenes, Tiffany is a mother of 4 and wife to Chuck Stone. Their son, David, aka Dray, is an Archer High school senior where he will graduate in 2019 and go on to KSU to pursue a major in communication. Hanna is a homeschool junior who loves her job at Pleasant Paws doggie daycare in Snellville, she also is a company dancer and teaches tumbling lessons at Extreme gym. Max, 5 years and Sam, 2 years, are a bundle of energy bouncing around the gym in the afternoons. If you're a spectator watching classes in the afternoons you're sure to catch these two on the trampoline, Max performing his back tucks and Sam rolling and tumbling into the pit! All four have grown up in the gym and Tiffany and Chuck are glad they have the best playground ever! Dray began competing trampoline at the age of 3 and Hanna was 5 when she began power tumbling and cheer. Max cheered his first season at 3 and now has goals to become a ninja! Little Sam will get to experience cheer with his friends when he turns 3 this Summer.
In her free time, she enjoys her family, goat yoga and doing random handstands!
