We will be hosting a Consignment Sale July 19 & 20 as a fundraiser. This will be open to all who want to participate.


 How it works:


If you want to participate please  email to Vanessa Ledbetter email: . We have limited space since we will host the sale inside so first come basis.


Each participant will be assigned a number -each item must be labeled and priced with this number. 


We will have one check out area with two check out volunteers keeping track of what is sold.


The split is 90%-10% ( 90% to the participant 10% team account).


The Pre-sale is Friday from 5:30p - 8:00pm (set up is between 2-4p)


The Sale is Saturday from 8:00am - 2:00pm ( breakdown 2p-3p)


Items not sold need to be picked up no later than 2:30pm on the 20th. 


If you need a table they will be $10.00 we have to rent them so please let us know in advance. If you have your own table for your items we encourage you to bring them.

5- Help Breakdown Saturday 7/20- from 2p-3p


6- Tag cutters- Fri- 5:30-8p - 2, Saturday 8a-11a- 2  , 11a-2p- 2


6- Check out-Fri- 5:30-8p - 2, Saturday 8a-11a- 2 , 11a-2p- 2


We need everyone to help advertise this event distributing Fliers post on FB , Twitter, Instagram and Craiglist.
